I never liked apple cider growing up because I only ever tasted the instant powdered kind. This was delicious, and even better, it made the house smell incredible!

Directions

  1. Place the apples in a big pot. Add in the brown sugar, lemon juice, and pumpkin spice. Pour over the water and bring to a boil. Cook on low for an hour and 45 minutes.

  2. Mash the apples with a potato masher and simmer for 10 more minutes.

  3. Strain it through a container.

  4. Mix in the caramel and serve with whipped cream and caramel drizzle.
