This drink makes the house smell wonderful. Serve hot or chilled.
1 gallon apple juice
1 cup Tzafona Ice Wine Cabernet Sauvignon or other sweet red wine
1 cinnamon stick
2 cloves
2-inch piece orange peel
Pour all ingredients into a large pot and cook over medium flame for half an hour.
Keep warm on low flame until ready to serve
