A good dressing can do so much more than finish a salad. The new Beleaves dressing collection is designed with versatility in mind, making it just as useful for marinating proteins, drizzling over roasted vegetables, dressing grain and pasta salads, or adding an extra layer of flavor to sandwiches and wraps. Available in seven delicious varieties—Pomegranate Vinaigrette, Sesame Soy, Nish Nosh, Russian, Ranch, Balsamic, and Poppyseed—there's a flavor to complement just about every meal.
Packaged in convenient squeeze bottles for easy pouring and mess-free serving, these dressings make everyday cooking simpler without sacrificing flavor.
To celebrate the new collection, we've gathered a lineup of recipes from talented contributors who each put a different dressing to work in their own creative way.
These recipes show just how effortlessly a great dressing can elevate both familiar favorites and new summer staples.
1. Corned Beef Nachos by Sarah Daskal

2. Sesame Soy Chicken Salad by Chana Steiner

One bottle does all the work to flavor this bright, crunchy salad and yummy grilled chicken.
3. Nish Nosh Salad by Goldy Guttman

I didn't invent this recipe, obviously, but I did receive it, passed down as if from posterity, from when I was a kallah. It's a classic and always a crowd-pleaser.
Meet your new go-to poolside, picnic, or backyard BBQ treat. This loaded nacho platter brings together all the flavors of a classic deli sandwich with crunchy tortilla chips, savory corned beef, crisp, refreshing toppings, and a generous drizzle of Beleaves Russian and Ranch Dressings. So good.
4. Arugula Sweet Potato Salad by Adina Silberman

This salad is inspired by the unforgettable one served at Noi Due Firenze. Back when the restaurant was tucked below street level and reservations were nearly impossible to get, it became one of my favorite New York City meals. Years later, it's still a staple in my kitchen, with a few additions (like sliced raw leeks!) that make it even better.
5. Poppyseed Grape Salad by Adina Silberman

If you've ever shared a meal with me, chances are you've had my grape salad. It's one of those recipes that people try once and immediately ask for-the kind that makes you wonder why grapes aren't in every salad. This version gives it a fresh twist, pairing sweet grapes with fragrant herbs, crunchy pistachios, juicy pomegranate seeds, and a creamy poppyseed dressing.
6. Sesame Soy Smash Chicken Tacos by Sarah Cowen

I'm taking taco night in a whole new direction. These crispy smashed ground chicken tacos are seasoned with a sesame soy vinaigrette, then topped with the creamiest ranch Caesar salad for the ultimate sweet, savory, crunchy bite. It's fresh, it's easy, and once you try this combination, you'll be making it on repeat all summer. Let's just make it!

Once again ,it was a big disappointment! Naively, I thought you’d give us some great dressing recipes, but they’re all ready made products not available locally in Israel. Please can we get more things “from scratch” . thanks
