A warm and decadent dessert that is perfect after a long Seder. These are transformed by simply adding broken up chocolate to the batter.

Chocolate bar, broken into pieces
Powdered sugar, for garnish (optional)
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Combine the cake mix ingredients according to package directions.
3. Grease ramekins and divide the cake batter among them. Gently press a piece of chocolate into the center of the lava cake.
4. Bake for 12 minutes, or until the sides of the cakes are firm but the centers are soft.
5. Garnish with powdered sugar, if desired.
