These two-ingredient oven fried potatoes get all their flavor from garlic mayo.
3 large russet potatoes, peeled and sliced into long sticks
1/2 cup garlic mayo (store-bought or homemade)
Line a large baking sheet with Gefen Parchment Paper.
Toss the potatoes on the baking sheet with mayo until evenly coated. Spread out the potatoes in one layer.
Roast the potatoes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes, turning halfway through so they brown on both sides.
Serve with extra mayo as dipping sauce.
