As I was dropping off my food at the BBQ shoot, Faigy Cohen, the food stylist, mentioned that they needed a condiment for the fried onion rings. Her son watched my kids outside as I ran in and whipped up what my family calls “money hustard.” It’s simple but delicious and easy to make. It works as a dipping sauce or salad dressing and lasts a really long time, so it’s great to keep on hand in the fridge.
1. Mix all ingredients until smooth. For easier measuring, spray the measuring cup with Pam before measuring honey. Store in the refrigerator.
