Apricot Pie


Something a little different and it’s easy as … well, you know! In the mood for other fruity desserts? Try these– Fruity Cake with Crumbly Topping,  Apricot Amaretto Cheesecake


For the Crust

1. Mix all crust ingredients by hand. Pour batter into a 9-inch round baking pan or Pyrex dish.

For the Filling

1. Cut apricots in half and remove pits. Place in pan skin-side up, as close as possible. Sprinkle with lemon juice, cinnamon, and sugar. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for one hour or until golden.
