Ingredients

Artichoke Hummus

  • 6 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon honey

  • 2 teaspoons kosher salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon Pereg Cumin

  • pinch of cayenne pepper

Directions

Prepare the Artichoke Hummus

Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until very smooth. Blend in batches if necessary.
