This hummus recipe is effortless, very different, and loved by all.
2 (15-ounce) cans artichoke hearts, drained
2 (15-ounce) cans Glicks Chickpeas, drained and rinsed
6 tablespoons Haddar Tahini
2 cloves garlic, chopped or 2 cubes Gefen Frozen Garlic
1 tablespoon water
1 and 1/2 tablespoons HeavenĀ & Earth Lime Juice
3 tablespoons Gefen Lemon Juice
6 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon honey
2 teaspoons kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon Pereg Cumin
pinch of cayenne pepper
Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until very smooth. Blend in batches if necessary.

Can I use frozen artichokes instead of canned artichokes?
