Asian-Style Beef Sliders


For some reason, anything with soy sauce and scallions gets the reputation of being “Asian.” I wouldn’t exactly call these the authentic Asian deal, but they’re still delicious.   Yield: 4-6 patties


1. Combine all ingredients and form into mini burgers. Cook the burgers on the grill.
2. Whisk all aioli ingredients together in a small bowl.
3. Serve the sliders in buns drizzled with chili sauce and aioli and topped with coleslaw.
