Diets This yummy and delicious take on the classic guacamole is the way to go. The subtle kick of basil really takes it over the top. Yields 1 – 1 and 1/2 pounds
2 medium-sized ripe avocados, peeled and diced
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons Tuscanini Olive Oil
2 teaspoons honey
4 cubes Gefen Frozen Garlic
2 cubes Gefen Frozen Basil
2 teaspoons kosher salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
Place all the ingredients into a food processor fitted with the S blade. Blend on low until everything is fully combined and smooth.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days.
