Diets Buying avocado toast can get pricey, but making it on your own is surprisingly easy!
1 ripe avocado
1 cube Gefen Frozen Garlic
1 teaspoon Tuscanini Lemon Juice
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup rice wine vinegar
1 cup water
2 large red onions, thinly sliced
2 slices sourdough bread, such as Heaven & Earth
1 plum tomato, thinly sliced
1/4 cup crumbled Ta’amti Feta Cheese
pumpkin seeds
Mix ingredients to combine.
In a pot, place sugar, vinegar, and water and bring to a boil. Pour over onions. Store in an airtight container or mason jar.
Toast sourdough bread for one minute. Smear avocado mash on top. Add sliced tomatoes, pickled onions, feta cheese, and pumpkin seeds.
