This is an easy-to-make muffin, so delicious and yummy you will want to keep on making this over and over. You can also mix this by hand, so no need to shlep out your mixer!
Mix the ingredients by hand and pour into muffin pans. Bake for 18-20 minutes.
Optional topping: Cook the sugar and oats until sugar is melted and spoon over the muffins.
