1. Grease a 10 x 16 inch baking pan.
2. Combine oil, paprika and salt. Place fish in a pan and spread oil mixture over fish. Cover with aluminum foil and refrigerate for 1/2 to one hour before baking.
3. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 to 25 minutes. Uncover pan for at least half that time to brown.
