This take on fast food will have your whole family raving. It’s baked, not fried, and still delivers that amazing burst of “poppers” flavor!
1 package of boneless chicken breasts, cubed
2 eggs
2 cups flour
2 cups Gefen Cornflake Crumbs or other crushed cornflakes
1/4 cup Frank’s hot sauce
1 cup light brown sugar
3 tablespoons Gefen Honey
3/4 cup Glicks Ketchup
Dredge each piece of chicken in flour. Then, coat each piece of chicken in egg and then in the crushed cornflake crumbs.
Lay the coated crispy chicken on a baking sheet and cook at 420 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
Whisk the ketchup, hot sauce, honey and brown sugar together to form a sauce. Pour the sauce over the chicken after it has baked. Cook for an additional 10-15 min. until the sauce caramalizes and fully coats the chicken. Serve over rice. Enjoy!

Yum it came out so good. I always put a little less hot sauce than recipes call for, because I don’t like it so hot.
