This chicken is so creamy, your family will be begging for doubles! It’s best served over rice or couscous for a complete supper.
6 chicken cutlets, cut into nuggets
flour, for coating
1/3 cup Glicks Ketchup
1 tablespoon Gefen Mustard
2 tablespoons Gefen Vinegar
2 tablespoons oil
3/4 cup brown sugar
sesame seeds, to taste (optional)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Place chicken nuggets in a ziptop bag. Add flour and shake until all pieces are coated. Discard remaining flour. Place chicken pieces in a 9×13-inch pan (does not need to be a single layer).
Combine rest of ingredients and pour over chicken, making sure to cover each piece.
Bake for 30 minutes, covered. Uncover and bake for another 20 minutes.

One of my kids favorite dinners!
is the texture heavy?
Can I skip the flour? I want to make it gluten free…
Best to use a gluten-free flour alternative so the texture is correct!
hi does this freeze well?
Yes!
