Ingredients

Baked Sweet Potato with Nut Crumble

  • 2/3 cup chopped nuts

  • 1/4 cup brown sugar

  • 1/4 cup oil

Directions

Prepare the Baked Sweet Potato with Nut Crumble

1.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet with Gefen Parchment Paper.

2.

Toss sweet potatoes with oil and spices and spread on baking sheet. Roast for 35 minutes.

3.

In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Sprinkle over sweet potatoes and bake for seven minutes.

Tips:

This dish is also great served in ramekins.
