Balsamic Glazed Chicken

Prepare the Chicken
Whisk together balsamic vinegar, honey, brown sugar, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and pepper in a baking dish. Add chicken and marinate overnight.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahreneheit. Cover and bake for one and half hours, basting every 10-20 minutes.
I do not have ginger...not do I care for the taste. Do you suggest I simply leave it out or replace it with something else; and if replace it-with what?Replies:I would leave it out. I am not a fan of ginger either.
