Diets These balsamic mushroom skewers are the ultimate lower-carb finger food for the Purim seudah or your next party.
1 pound baby bella mushrooms
1 pound white button mushrooms
3 tablespoons Tuscanini Balsamic Vinegar
1 and 1/2 tablespoons coconut aminos
1 tablespoon olive oil
3 cloves garlic or 3 cubes Gefen Frozen Garlic
1/2 teaspoon fresh or dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
Marinate mushrooms for three hours or overnight – for optimal flavor!
Thread mushrooms onto your favorite skewers.
Heat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. Bake for 15 minutes.
Broil for one to two minutes.
