Balsamic Mushroom Skewers

Purim is the quintessential finger food holiday—but that doesn't mean you have to go all in on carb-heavy bites. These balsamic mushroom skewers are every bit as addictive as those Franks in blanks.

1 pound baby bella mushrooms
1 pound white button mushrooms
3 tablespoons Tuscanini Balsamic Vinegar
1 and 1/2 tablespoons coconut aminos
1 tablespoon olive oil
3 cloves garlic or 3 cubes Gefen Frozen Garlic
1/2 teaspoon fresh or dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
