These balsamic mushroom skewers are the ultimate lower-carb finger food for the Purim seudah or your next party.

Ingredients

Main ingredients

  • 1 pound baby bella mushrooms

  • 1 pound white button mushrooms

  • 3 tablespoons Tuscanini Balsamic Vinegar

  • 1 and 1/2 tablespoons coconut aminos

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 3 cloves garlic or 3 cubes Gefen Frozen Garlic

  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh or dried thyme

  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper

Directions

Prepare the Balsamic Mushrooms Mini Skewers

1.

Marinate mushrooms for three hours or overnight – for optimal flavor!

2.

Thread mushrooms onto your favorite skewers.

3.

Heat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. Bake for 15 minutes.

4.

Broil for one to two minutes.
