Barbecue Rosemary “Arayes”

Ingredients

Main ingredients

  • pitas (I used 6 medium and 20 mini ones)

  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh rosemary

Directions

Prepare the Arayes

1.

Preheat oven to 400°F.

2.

Mix together all ingredients, except pita.

3.

Slice pita partially open and stuff each pita with meat mixture and flatten to ensure even cooking.

4.

Spray baking sheet liberally with non stick cooking spray and place stuffed pitas on pan. Spray again with non stick cooking spray.

5.

Bake for 20-25 minutes (small for 20 minutes, large for 25 minutes).

Delicious! A new family favorite. Both beef or chopped chicken/turkey.
