ice cream what do you mean about flavourings?
which ones do i use for chocolate ice cream and which one for stwarberis and also how much
If you scroll down you can see this!
Variation:
• For a marble effect, add 3 tablespoons cocoa, dissolved in boiling water to one fourth of the batter. Swirl to marbleize. (1/2 cup ready liquid marble mix can also be used.)
• For mocha flavoring, add 2 tablespoons coffee and 1 tablespoon cocoa, dissolved in minimal amounts of water.
• For strawberry, add 1/2 pound blended strawberries.
• Add 1 tablespoon lemon extract, top with nut crunch.
It says “10 ounces whipped cream or 1/2 cup oil”.
However, in the recipe, it says “In a separate bowl, beat whip cream until peaks form. Add yolks, vanilla sugar and desired flavoring”.
It doesn’t say what to do if you are using oil instead.
Please clarify!!!
When you whip the oil with the egg yolks it should form a cream. I would start by whipping the egg yolks and slowly adding in the oil (it’ll start to look like mayo) and then the rest of the ingredients.
