1 tablespoon oil
1 tablespoon flour
18 ounces Gefen Tomato Juice
2 cups water
1/2 green pepper
4 tablespoons sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
Brown flour in oil over low flame for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
Add tomato juice, water, green pepper, sugar and salt.
Cook for 10 minutes. Remove green pepper.
