1/4 cup water
3 tablespoons sugar
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1/8 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 cup heavy whipping cream
Graham cracker pie crust
Beat the whipping cream until stiff.
Boil water and sugar. Add chocolate chips, salt, cinnamon, and a spoonful of cream to the mixture.
Fold this mixture into the cream.
Pour into pie crust. Put in the fridge for one hour or more.

this is an amazing easy recipe. I saw it was topped with cookies but didn’thave it so i cut strawberries and lined it with that instead
