Batsheva’s Chocolate Mousse

Directions

1. Beat the whipping cream until stiff.
2. Boil water and sugar. Add chocolate chips, salt, cinnamon, and a spoonful of cream to the mixture.
3. Fold this mixture into the cream.
4. Pour into pie crust. Put in the fridge for one hour or more.
