2 tablespoons margarine (use soy-free, if needed)
2 tablespoons Gefen Cornstarch, dissolved in 3/4 cup water
1 and 1/2 teaspoons grated orange rind
3/4 cup orange juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons sugar
2 (15-ounce) cans Gefen Beets, drained
Melt margarine, stir in cornstarch.
Add orange rind, orange juice, salt and sugar.
Cook until smooth and thickened, stirring constantly.
Add beets and cook until glazed.
