Diets 2 cups assorted berries, cleaned and inspected for bugs (strawberries should be thinly sliced)
1/3 cup sugar
1 (13-and-1/2-ounce) can full-fat coconut milk
Combine all berries with the sugar in a small saucepan. Cook over low heat, stirring regularly, for five to seven minutes, until berries are soft but not falling apart.
Remove from heat and stir in coconut milk. Carefully pour warm berry mixture into a pitcher. Pour mix into molds, helping some of the berries along with a spoon so they’re evenly distributed.
Freeze for at least four hours, inserting sticks once pops are partially frozen.
