This is the best way to reuse leftover chicken cutlets — that will actually get eaten
2 onions, diced
3 to 4 cubes Gefen Frozen Garlic
1/2 jar Gefen Duck Sauce
4 leftover chicken cutlets, cut into bite-sized pieces
In a medium frying pan, over medium heat, sauté diced onions with garlic until onions are golden, about 15 minutes.
Pour in the duck sauce. Allow to come to a boil, then add in chicken pieces. Lower heat to a simmer until the chicken is heated through.
