Best sticky potatoes
1 bag red mini potatoes
2/3 cup Heinz chili sauce
1/3 cup honey
1/3 cup oil
1-2 tsp hot sauce
2 tsp red wine vinegar / balsamic vinegar
1.5 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp garlic powder
Cook potatoes in water until fork tender (don’t cover the pot). when fork tender drain water and cut the potatoes. Add potatoes to pan with some oil, let them crisp for 5 minutes. Then add all the sauce ingredients and let cook for another 10 min or until the texture you prefer.
