This smoothie is extremely rich in protein, which is very beneficial after an intense workout. It can help repair and build damaged muscles and tissue, therefore speeding up recovery from muscle soreness after exercising.

Ingredients

Blueberry Boost

  • 1 cup milk or Gefen Almond Milk

  • 3/4 cup frozen blueberries

  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup frozen peaches

Directions

1.

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
