Blueberry Limonana

Ingredients

Blueberry Limonana

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries, defrosted

  • 5 cups cold water, divided

  • 1 cup sugar

  • 1 cup water

  • 1 cup fresh lemon juice, such as Tuscanini, or juice of 2–3 lemons

  • mint leaves

  • ice cubes, for serving

Directions

1.

Place blueberries and 1/4 cup water into a blender and blend until smooth. Strain and discard pieces.

2.

Dissolve sugar in boiling water and mix well. Pour into a large pitcher with a sealable lid. Add lemon juice, remaining cold water, blueberry puree, and mint leaves.

3.

Shake well and serve with ice cubes.
