This sophisticated cocktail pairs the best bourbon with sweet and sour Beetology Beet+Cherry juice.
3 ounces Beetology + Cherry
1 and 1/2 ounces Boondocks Bourbon 8 years Port Finish
1 dash bitters
1 Cocktail Cherry (get the recipe) or your favorite maraschino cherries
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
Add Beetology juice and bourbon.
Shake until chilled, strain and garnish with a cocktail cherry.
