This simple to prepare crumb-topping breaded salmon is the kind of back-pocket recipe that anyone can master. For fish recipes without mayo try Baked White Fish or Breaded Fish Fillets.
4 slices salmon
Gefen Cornflake Crumbs (or use gluten free, if needed)
Spread mayonnaise onto fish, sprinkle cornflakes crumbs.
Bake, covered, at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 45 minutes. Uncover for last five minutes.
