4 ounces margarine (use soy-free, if needed), thinly sliced
1/2 cup flour
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon salt
6 slices of carp or white fish
Arrange half of margarine slices in 9- x 13-inch baking pan.
Mix together the flour and spices.
Dip fish into flour to coat. Place into baking pan, then place remaining margarine slices on top.
Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit, covered, for 20 minutes. Uncover and bake for another 10 minutes.
