Start Cooking

For the Fish

  1. Arrange half of margarine slices in 9- x 13-inch baking pan.

  2. Mix together the flour and spices. 

  3. Dip fish into flour to coat. Place into baking pan, then place remaining margarine slices on top. 

  4. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit, covered, for 20 minutes. Uncover and bake for another 10 minutes. 

Variation:

Slice 6 potatoes and arrange over margarine. Place fish over potatoes. bake, covered, for 30 minutes and uncovered for additional 30 minutes.
