This is a favorite in my family. It’s pretty enough to serve at a party and delicious enough that even the kids will go back for seconds!   Yield: 2 9×13-inch pans

Ingredients

Broccoli-Stuffed Shells

  • 1 (12-ounce) box jumbo shells, cooked according to package instructions

  • 1/2 (24-ounce) bag Beleaf Frozen Broccoli, cooked until soft

  • 2 cups shredded cheese

  • 1 (16-ounce) container cottage cheese

  • 2 eggs

Directions

Prepare the Broccoli-Stuffed Shells

1.

In a bowl, mash the broccoli and mix with cheeses, eggs, and spices.

2.

Pour 1/3 can tomato sauce on bottom of two 9×13-inch pans. Place about one tablespoon cheese mixture in each shell and line up the shells in the pans. Pour the rest of the tomato sauce on top.

3.

Cover and bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 50 minutes. Uncover and bake for 10 minutes.
