Diets Juicy tomato, salty cheese, and Italian flavors join together to form a cute bite for any party. The cup-size portions are easy to serve and even easier to eat. If you have any extra veggies once your cups are filled, fold the mixture into a fluffy omelet for a delicious, Mediterranean-style lunch.
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon dried oregano
2 cubes Dorot Gardens Frozen Basil
1/2 teaspoon coarse black pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
20 cherry tomatoes, halved
1 red onion, chopped
1 cup cubed Ta’amti Feta Cheese

Spray the inside of two muffin pans. Arrange the wonton wrappers in the muffin cups and spray again.

Meanwhile, mix oil, vinegar, and spices together in a bowl. Add the tomatoes and red onion and toss to coat. Add the feta cheese and gently fold in.

Spoon the mixture into the wonton cups and return to the oven for another 20 minutes. Serve warm or room temperature.
