Bubby’s Pesach Chocolate Cake

Ingredients

  • 14 separated eggs

  • 2 while eggs

  • 4 glasses sugar

  • 1 glass cocoa

  • 2 glasses oil

  • 2 heaping glasses potato starch

  • 2 heaping tablespoon coffee dissolved in water

  • 2 teaspoon salt

  • 4 teaspoon vanilla sugar

Directions

1.

Separate 14 eggs

2.

Whip whites, set aside

3.

Put yolks in mixing bowl with 2 eggs

4.

Add in the sugar, cocoa, oil, and potato starch and mix

5.

Add in the rest of the ingredients

6.

Bake at 350 for an hour
