This recipe is ‘everything but the kitchen sink’ style. It is my go-to for when I am feeling a bit more creative with color and flavor and it’s still always delicious! The best part about this recipe is how customizable it is to personal taste. This recipe is a time saver and can all happen in one pan! The one rule about this recipe – only use what I have on hand!
package of ground beef (i take frozen patties that i made and stuck in the freezer and defrost them)
string beans (fresh or canned)
onion
can of baby corn
can of chickpeas
1/4 cup of craisins
soy sauce
duck sauce
Begin by sautéing an onion and put the meat to defrost (or add the meat if you are cooking it fresh). Add in baby corn, chickpeas and craisins. Pour some soy sauce (about 1/4 cup) and duck sauce (about 1/3 cup) and stir. Leave on the stove under everything softens and comes together.
Bring to table and enjoy!
