Cherry Muffins

Directions

1. In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients except for the cherry pie filling. Mix well until there are no lumps.

2. Pour batter into cupcake holders.

3. Bake on 350 for 20 mins. Remove muffins from oven and add a cherry to the center of each muffin. Bake for an additional 10-15 mins.

4. Yields about 22 muffins

5. Note: Freezes well
