Ground chicken is combined with shredded potatoes for a gluten-free yet substantial, filling, and Chanukah-esque chicken patty. Submitted by Reva Yaffe

Ingredients

Main ingredients

  • 1 pound ground chicken

  • 5 medium potatoes

  • 2 teaspoons salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper (optional)

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Directions

Prepare the Chicken Burger Latkes

1.

Peel and shred the potatoes on the smallest size that your shredder allows. Combine with the chicken and spices.

2.

Form into thin burgers.

3.

Heat a regular or grill pan with oil. Cook the burgers four to five minutes per side.
