Chicken in Garlic Apricot Sauce

Ingredients

Chicken

  • 2 and 1/2 pounds chicken cutlets or nuggets

  • 1 cup bread crumbs or cornflakes crumbs

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

Garlic Apricot Sauce

  • 1/2 cup water

Directions

Prepare the Chicken

1.

Place into a 16- by 10-inch baking pan and cover. Bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for one hour.

2.

Spread mayonnaise onto chicken and coat with crumbs.

Prepare the Garlic Apricot Sauce

1.

In a small pot, combine garlic, jam, and water and bring to a boil.

2.

Pour over chicken pieces and reheat.
