chicken fillets, marinated in oil and garlic
broccoli
onions
carrots
zucchini
bean sprouts
water chestnuts, canned
soy sauce
chicken soup mix
Fry minced garlic and ginger (defrost ginger well in advance so no liquid).
Fry chicken on high for three to five minutes.
Remove chicken from pot.
Stir fry veggies on high.
Add soy sauce and chicken soup powder.
Add chicken back in.
Let sit to finish cooking.
