1 (15-ounce) can Haddar Chickpeas
2 ripe avocados, diced
1 red pepper, diced
1 yellow pepper, diced
1 green pepper, diced
1 red onion, diced
juice of 3 limes and zest of 1 lime
1 and 1/2 teaspoons cayenne pepper
3 tablespoons Bartenura Olive Oil
1/2 teaspoon distilled vinegar
In a medium bowl, combine chickpeas, avocado, peppers, and onion.
In a container with a lid, combine the lime juice, zest, pepper, oil, and vinegar. Seal container and shake. Pour over salad and toss.
