This treat has all the flavors of caramel apples, but it’s a lot easier to prepare. Slice, dip, set, and enjoy! Yields 8 apple pops
2 large apples, sliced into 1/2-inch slices
1 and 1/2 cups bittersweet chocolate chips
1 tablespoon coconut oil
1/2 cup toasted pecans
2/3 cup caramel cream (dairy or parve)
coconut flakes, for garnish
Line a baking sheet with Gefen Parchment Paper.
Make a small incision in the bottom of each apple slice and insert a popsicle stick into each one.
Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in a double boiler; mix to combine.
Dip apple slices in chocolate and place on prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle with pecans and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
Drizzle with caramel and sprinkle with coconut flakes. Refrigerate to harden.
