Chocolate-Covered Banana Pops


Your family will love making (and eating) these delicious banana pops!

  Yield: 6 pops


1. Peel the bananas and insert popsicle sticks into the cut ends. Lay the bananas on a sheet of wax paper and freeze for a minimum of two hours.
2. Melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil in 20-second increments in the microwave. Stir well to combine.
3. Dip the frozen bananas into the chocolate and twirl them around to remove any excess. Working quickly, sprinkle on toppings of your choice and then place on the wax paper to harden.
4. Pop into the freezer for 20 minutes.
