Matzo

  1. Melt chocolate in double boiler, spread thinly over matzo and let it cool and dry.

Homemade Confectioner's Sugar

  1. In electric blender, blend sugar on high speed for one minute.

  2. Add potato starch and whip an additional few seconds.
