Chocolate-Dipped Peanut Balls

A marriage made in heaven – chocolate-dipped peanut balls. These no-bake cookies are an easy crowd pleaser.

Main ingredients

Start Cooking

Prepare the Balls

  1. Line cookie sheet with Gefen Easy Baking Parchment Paper.

  2. Cream peanut butter with sugar at medium speed with electric mixer and add walnuts and dates.

  3. Shape into balls, using one and a half teaspoons of dough per cookie.

  4. Melt chocolate chips and keep over container of hot water. Dip balls into chocolate and place on sheet. Chill to set.

    I was looking for pesach recipes and these came up. Isn't peanut butter kitniyos??
