A super-easy and flavorful fish that comes together quickly for a delicious weeknight dinner.


Prepare the Tilapia with Pesto and Fried Onions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Arrange fish in a baking dish and season with salt and pepper.
3. Spread one and a half tablespoons of pesto on each piece of fish. Top with fried onions.
4. Bake uncovered for 15–20 minutes or until fish is fork-tender and flaky.
