Diets A super-easy and flavorful fish that comes together quickly for a delicious weeknight dinner.
1 and 1/2 pounds tilapia, cut in quarters
salt, to taste
Pereg Black Pepper, to taste
1/3–1/2 cup prepared pesto, such as Ta’amti
1 (6-ounce) can (around 3/4 cup) French’s fried onions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Arrange fish in a baking dish and season with salt and pepper.
Spread one and a half tablespoons of pesto on each piece of fish. Top with fried onions.
Bake uncovered for 15–20 minutes or until fish is fork-tender and flaky.
