Coconut Topped Chocolate Pie

Directions

Crust

1. Combine ingredients for dough and knead until smooth. Divide in half.
2. Roll out one part and press into 9/13″ pan.

Filling

1. Combine secound half of dough, with ingredients for filling. Pour over dough.
2. Bake at 350°F for 35 minutes.

Meringue

1. Beat egg whites until stiff. Add sugar.
2. Fold in coconut and spread over cake. Bake an additional 15 minutes.
