Diets These cookies are the perfect blend; soft and chewy on the inside, and slightly crunchy on the outside. Feel free to swap out the mint chips for regular chocolate chips if you don’t like mint.
1 cup oil, less 2 tablespoons
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
2 teaspoons Gefen Vanilla
2/3 cup Gefen Cocoa
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup mint chips (can be swapped for regular chocolate chips)
1/2 cup Glicks Chocolate Chips
2 cups flour
Cream oil and sugars for one minute. Add rest of the ingredients until smooth dough forms. Mix in mint chips and chocolate chips.
Using a cooking scoop or spoon, drop one-tablespoon balls onto a baking sheet, an inch apart. Bake for 10–12 minutes.

This is an awesome yummy recipie it took so quick to make! it needs more flour than expected though. I would like more receipies like this one for the future, easy taste good to follow.
