Diets Here is an easy dessert recipe, perfect for these short and busy Fridays! When Shabbat starts so early, quick, easy, and delicious desserts are key! You must try this super simple, heavenly, and so impressive chocolate sandwich-cookie butter mousse brownies. Takes no time to prepare!
1 box of chocolate fudge brownies
12 ounces of Kineret Whipped Topping (or 1 and 1/2 cartons of an 8 ounce carton), see note
3/4 cup cookie butter
12 parve chocolate sandwich cookies
Prepare and bake brownies mix according to the instructions on the box. Set aside brownies to cool completely.
Whip the whipped topping until stiff.
Melt cookie butter in microwave for 20 seconds. (It should not be heated. The cookie butter should be melted a little bit in order for it to be easier to combine into the whipped topping).
Gently mix the cookie butter into whipped topping.
Separate the sandwich cookies.
Spread an even layer of lotus mousse over the brownies and top with the cookies.
Store in the refrigerator for up to four days. Freezes really well if cover very tightly.
